How do I win?

Simply sign up to take part in the Cavan International Hen Weekend by registering your hen party for the weekend event in the Sign Me Up section. To register, each hen party must pay €50 to cover administration costs but registering means that you are in with a chance to win a wedding reception at one of the country’s best known wedding hotels and an incredible honeymoon in the US followed by a Caribbean cruise.

To win: You and your pals must travel to Cavan to take part in the Cavan International Hen Weekend. Participating hens/parties will be allocated points for each event and challenge. The International Hen Weekend is in conjunction with the Cavan Summer Festival so you’ll be taking part in a massive weekend festival in the heart of the North Midlands.

Competing hen parties will take part in the Mad Hatters Fancy Dress party on Friday night which involves fancy dress and putting on a mad hat! A magical Mid Summer’s Night street pageant will take place and we’ll be inviting the hen parties to take part.

On Saturday, the Town Treasure Hunt will see you and your hens on the streets of Cavan trying to track down clues with a special Fun Treasure Map. This is a fun event, guaranteed to get your hen party going. On Saturday night, there will be music and entertainment on the streets and in the pubs and you and your party will join in the fun.
